Collet Nut:

​

The collet nut is arguably the most important part of the machine. If this has any signs of wear or damage it should be replaced.

Tool Spanners

​

This a vital component which is required to change the cutter. If your spanner is broken or damaged we stock replacements.

Tool Holders

​

The tool holder on a machine should be kept in excellent condition. The slightest amount of damage to the tool holder can dramatically decrease the tool life and potentially damage the machine spindle.

Collet Brushes

​

Collet brushes are a critical part of any machine. Every time you change a tool collet brushes should be used in order to clean any debris from the collet and collet nut, before the tool is clamped.

Saw Bushes:

​

The most common size of bore on a saw blade is 30mm.  However, some saws take a different bore size so rather than buying an expensive blade we can supply a bush to compensate.

Tool Change Stations:

​

It can be very difficult and potentially dangerous to change the cutter in a toolholder without a clamp to support the toolholder.  To combat this we supply a tool change station
